The CEO/Volunteer Leader Workshop provides an educational and relationship-building experience for CEOs/Executive Directors and volunteer leaders. This interactive workshop provides CEOs/Executive Directors and volunteer leaders an opportunity to reach a common understanding of roles, responsibilities, and relationships in association governance and strategy. Participants will leave the session with a collaboratively developed plan of action to enhance board performance. Your initial registration INCLUDES ONE Volunteer Leader.
